A Taste of Honey for Christmas

Herb Albert and his trumpet had this great song in the 60s.  The memory captured when I hear the tune is of laying on a small carpet in front of a walnut stained stereo cabinet that belonged to my Aunt Norma (who I call Sissy) and Uncle Don.  On top of the stereo was a Christmas scene set atop angel hair.  I would reach up and move the turntable arm back to start the record each time the last trumpet sound blew and Sissy would tell me not to touch the angel hair because it might cut my finger.  Today I occasionally use angel hair somewhere in my Christmas decorations but it no longer cuts fingers and I always have A Taste of Honey as part of my Christmas song line-up that I play during the weeks leading up to Christmas because of the memories it brings of great times spent at my Sissy's house.
